Le Orme is a band of Italian progressive rock group born in the sixties as a beat, as with conventional PFM and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso the cutting edge of progressive Italian, and one that has enjoyed greater visibility to 'abroad.
In November 2009, Aldo Tagliapietra suspend its activities with the group. To answer the other band members are aware that their work continues. The musicians in the group yet you can see at first forced to renounce their use of the name Le Orme. From April 2010 the band consists of Michi, Michele and Fabio, it can start to use the name "Le Orme".
